CLUB HOUSE BOOKING INFORMATION $50 Non-refundable Administrative Fee $100 Non-refundable Rental Fee $200 Refundable Deposit Total: $350 (Limited to 50 people for Clubhouse) (Limit to 15 people for the Study Room (Only)of the Clubhouse *Call to Discuss Fees)*. PLEASE NOTE: TENANTS CANNOT RENT THE CLUBHOUSE UNLESS THE OWNER IS IN ATTENDANCE OF THE EVENT. Hours to Rent is between Hours of 8am-10pm. (Renting is in 4 hour increments). Lights off at 10pm. Must be cleaned and out the door by 10pm, in order to be respective of the Quiet Hours of the Community. Upon inspection of the club house and club house facilities by an association representative, your full or partial Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of the date of the function. (No barbecue grills are permitted in the area.) Return this signed application along with signed Clubhouse Rental Agreement (attached) to the association manager at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event.
